Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Most orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Handmade orders may take an additional day to be processed. You will receive an email notification with tracking information within this period to let you know your order is on the way.
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days using Australia Post. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 AUD applies to orders below $80 AUD. Orders $80 AUD and above will be shipped for free. We do not provide international shipping for purchases through our website at this time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We provide international shipping at a flat rate of $22 AUD for orders. International orders above $160 AUD will qualify for free shipping. All international orders will be sent through Australia Post with tracking. Do expect orders to take between 8 to 25 business days for international shipping as estimated times can vary greatly depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mei Yee & Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Do note that there may be countries that we are unable to ship to at this time. The full list of countries we ship to is shown in the checkout process.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@meiyee.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
